Testimonials:

Nancy F., Michigan

Great practice session with Coach Bill- he was very helpful giving my daughter guidance and some new techniques to try in practicing her throwing (She only does throwing/ field events). Coach Bill was quite knowledgeable about the mechanics of throwing, and as my daughter practices and uses his suggestions she should get more distance (and confidence) in her throwing. Easy to work with, he was flexible in scheduling and in accommodating our location. Very positive experience with Coach Bill!

Jackie, Michigan

Coach Bill really helped with his starts! He looks a lot quicker coming out of the blocks.

Mary Jo S.. Michigan

Coach Bill is a GREAT COACH! He gave me a lot of good advice in areas I needed practice on. I would definitely recommend him to other athletes.

Jeremy Duehring, Rhode Island:

I found BIll through a good friend of mine.  I had started running more consistently and was looking for a coach that could focus my efforts in a way that could attain some personal goals with my running.  After only a few months, I more than exceeded my first short distance goal.  Then, I was well on my way to my 10K goal such that I needed to adjust my initial target pace just to account for my improvements from following Bill's plans!  I can't believe how much stronger of a runner I have become over the 6-7 months of working with Bill.  I have NEVER felt this good about my running and wake up each day looking forward to my runs more than ever before.

The best thing I ever did for my running, is begin working with Bill.  I am a much smarter runner, more consistent than ever before and confident about my abilities.  I enjoy working with Bill and would recommend him to anyone.  Absolutely more than worth the value.  Looking forward to a wonderful 2014 working with Bill!
